Meeting Information
Dates, times and locations are subject to change. Every effort will be made to give as much notice as possible if changes occur. Meetings currently take place at Backworth Club Ltd, Station Road, Backworth, NE27 0AG. The venue is fully licensed with a wide range of hot and cold beverages and snacks. Many, but not all, meetings can be operated HYBRID style, meaning that members can join the meeting online when travelling to a physical meeting is not possible. Please inform Jamie Baker prior to the meeting and a link will be supplied (if available).
Motions and Debates If you have any motions you wish to have discussed at Branch meetings, please email them to the Admin Team using the details below and these will be included in the next available agenda. You don’t have to attend in person to have motions debated. If you have any questions, please email us, or speak to one of the team in person at the branch meetings. Remember - Members and their guests are welcome to attend the above meetings (members only for AGM). A warm welcome awaits you!
